Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Love JMT (“Love JMT,” “we,” “us,” or “the app”), including the website, web app, and any native applications that link to this page. By using Love JMT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Love JMT is a writing workspace and creative scaffold. You remain the author of your work. We provide tools, organization, and optional AI assistance; we do not claim ownership of your manuscripts, voice notes, or creative output.

Subscriptions: Some features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store (or other platforms we support). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store account settings after purchase.

Pricing and trials: The price and billing period shown at purchase (for example, an annual membership) apply to your subscription. We may offer introductory or promotional pricing; any change to standard pricing will not apply to your current paid period without notice as required by the platform. Free tiers or trials, when offered, convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Refunds: Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Contact Apple Support for billing disputes on iOS subscriptions. For questions about your account or the product, contact us at the support address below.

Acceptable use: Use Love JMT for lawful creative writing and related community features. Do not upload illegal content, harass others, attempt to break security, or misuse AI features to generate spam or non-writing abuse. We may suspend access for violations.

Privacy: Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. Creative work stored in your binder on your device is treated as yours; see the Privacy page for details.

Disclaimers: Love JMT is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI output, or commercial publishing outcomes. See our Liability page for additional limits on our responsibility.

Changes: We may update these Terms. We will post the current version at this URL and update the effective date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
